Diseases of Annuals and Perennials

A. R. Chase, Margery Daughtrey and Gary W. Simone. Diseases of Annuals and Perennials. Ball Publishing. 1995.

Finally, a simple to use book on identifying diseases in your garden. You can even look up your plant (by Latin names) to learn which diseases are most likely affecting your plants. Photographs showing a diseased plant or leaf are used so you can compare it to your real plant to see if the symptoms match. This book is a must-have for any gardener, whether you are an amateur or have decades of gardening experience.

Recommendation

Many books about plant diseases are poorly written and poorly illustrated. Therefore, it is great delight that I recommend this book to you. You find the general information on diseases easy to read. The accompanying tables and information about specific plants makes this a useful book for any gardener. I strongly recommend purchasing this addition to your garden book collection.
